Combat Stance animation missing for anyone else?

Like the "ready to fight" stance your character enters? My character just stands there in the idle standing animation between swings, lol.

This seems to mostly happen in scenarios for some reason.

Is your game folder in program files? If so take it out of there.

Nah, just in the main drive directory.
