ALT Tab screen goes black

Ever since I have a new laptop the game goes black when I do an Alt Tab to check my e-mails for work. I never had that on my earlier laptop. I think it might have something to do with the videocard which is an Nvidea Geforce RTX 2060, it does have all the latest drivers and so does Windows 10. Any idea how to fix this?

Edit: it seems to happen most during forts and cities.

Happened to me aswell but setting it to "window mode" solved the problem
