Cant load patcher

Hi,

I tried to load the RoR patcher but nothing happens at all.
Used it as admin checked if the folder wasnt read only, copied the RoR launcher in the game directory together with war.exe... basically did everything I could find on the forums.

Any advice?

I cannot launch from the files either
