[Solved] Unable to purchase Fortress 2h for choppa

I have 120 invader crests, the invader TOK unlock, and a choice of two bigchoppa of the subjugator to choose from (one original with str/ws talismen, and one from a recent purple bag I chose just to use as trade-in currency), both unequipped in my backpack. The vendor has two options with identical stats, and only opens the confirmation window with the top one; I have tried relogging. There are no GMs on at this time, so I wonder, do I just wait for server restart to try again?
