[Shammy] Quick Escape

I have been running Quick Escape to test it. For sure it stacks on top of and adds to FlEE, but can not presently detect that it stacks on top of RUN AWAY and adds to it, nor RUN AWAY + QE + FLEE (like old Odjira used to stack on all and literally warp yas LOL). QE still seems useful if you have plenty of RR to spare and enjoy a solo, semi-tanky DPS Shammy in ORVR. I wouldn't respect to QE if I am grinding SCs tho.

Any Thoughts?
