Uh...nice reading comprehension.

He's sitting there every night pushing -- the reality they just don't happen at certain times. Both sides are pushing and it turns into a stalemate.

It shouldn't be a ... every time a city pops you get a sov. Make it like the zone contribution bags but aggregated across all zones leading to the city and have it drop like 6 sov for a gold. Because at this point the city loggers are the leaches.

more concrete implementation:

Campaign Rewards (where campaign is t2-city cycle)

1. The Campaign will act as a giant PQ; one for Order and one for Destro with separate rewards
2. Contribution will be an aggregate of all individual zones aggregated
3. The PQ will be considered finished once the city has finished
4. The RvR bonus roll will not be used up here
5. The rewards will be 1/2/3/4/5 at the player's current medallion grind (to be balanced)
6. The number of bags awarded should scale to the number of players with contribution (25-50% of people get bags) and should be scaled back for abnormally short campaigns

Yup and that's (partially) why Destro won so many cities. Because of the pop in-balance they were able to be elitist about who they brought to smash Order pugs.

Once again, destro out numbered order for city, but then they all logged.
It sucks playing on the “dominating” side. So boring and no renown for kills. Even 1v1s.

Sieging keeps in its current form takes too long to get outer door down before defenders can reach critical mass and prevent successful sieges. Two quick changes:

1. Keep door degradation should go from 100-75-50-25 to 100-50-25.

2. Oil should do 2000 a hit, not 3. Enough to kill easily, but still possible to keep people alive with a lot of healing. Yes it is possible now, but with decent aoe on the ram its highly unlikely to be effective.

Speed up the boring door ramming part. The longer it drags on, the more defenders are able to sneak inside.
Detangler and alts - 84 Chosen, other 40s - DoK, Zealot, SH, WE, BG, BO
Destro - Mostly Harmless
Tangler and alts - 8X IB, other 40s - RP, SM
Order - Most dishonorable

No matter how you widen the doors, but the entire campaign from T2 to the City cannot be fit into one game session. People from different time zones have different amounts of time in the game, so the City cannot be seen by everyone at once. Yes, the concept of the City is such that happens - when it happens, but its achievements are common efforts and rewards should be common to those who deserve them.
