Having the old system like Bozzax suggested would help stop the renown, renown, more renown leech mode the game turned into which can only be positive and would also push players towards pve which isnt a bad thing even tho like myself im not the biggest fan of pve.

I doubt you learn anything, when you had trouble with low level chars in T3.
Invader set has slightly more stats than Conq and is not the best choice for all classes. Adding bolster gives r31 chars more stats.

As you are telling all, that low rank chars are punished by high lvl twinks, I assume you want to level up faster to be competitive. This needs XP.

It's half true only, it would help that until t3. Still 40 renow level difference are too much when entering in t4, 30 would be better.

What are you doing, when 31/31 with bolster are killing your r39 chars?

So you assume bolster have to be implemented so a 31/31 are stronger then a 39?

problem aren't sets, were those 30+ renow level that are a lot for t3 desgined fight.
The old renow system was progressive, unlock think by spending point first in primary stats.
When you are able to spent all point freely 30 renow level are a lot that's why make ppl able to have 2x renow with no xp book and give more exp could just prevent both ppl farm pugs on lower tiers and even the t4 gap.

If you cut out T4 nobody would notice. It is a big zerg-o-rama anyhow without any rhyme and reason. T1-T3 = the best!

I will never understand the desire for low level toons to be equal in dps, healing, armor and everything to a high level toon.

If you want the high level bonuses and armor and weapons it is simple really. PLAY THE GAME. Stop trying to get the devs to give it to you.
So you die a few hundred times. ITS IS A GAME, there is a respawn button. Learn from your mistakes and go out there and kill someone

Those were no T4 sets for the last year of WAR or even longer. So what you are talking here? The old tier brackets work, when rr60 is max. The new Sov set alone is too strong compared with previous armor sets. The new tier structure was needed to reduce the power gap in T4.

The whole point was to use what worked best
1. Make tier 4 32+ and get as many as possible doing RvR
2. Cap RR = level up to 32
3. Xp off book for questers and role-players

31/31 twinks is no problem as they fight with no advantage. If anyone wants to remain in tier 3 for ever I have no problem with it
