Triumphant Quartermaster - using the emblems

Ranked Scenarios Emblems Use-----
I was trying to use my Triumphant emblems for a purchase and the auto feedback the vendor gave me is that I have not played enough Ranked Scenarios in the current season to purchase an item. - OK understood.

The number it says I need to play is 60 Ranked Scenarios in a season to be able to purchase an item. - OK

But the counter is stuck at 27 (for number of games i have played) and that was a drop from 47 a week ago...I continue to play Ranked Scenarios but the counter is not counting my games.



Is there something I need to do to make it count my Ranked Scenarios?
