Guild Member Cannot Get Password Reset

So a guild member of mine cannot log in to hes account.

He got theese problems.

- Cannot Log into game (Password Wrong)
- Cannot Log into forum (Password Wrong)
- He try to get a Password reset, he dont get any mail.
- Acc name Log is - hellagen182

If he's using a Microsoft email account, tell him to whitelist return of reckoning in his email account filters. He should then get the automated password reset email.
