Had to download game files 3 times

I am currently downloading the game files foe the third time. So i now i have 3 lots of each file and its rather annoying. has anyone got any ideas? Thank you in advanced.

In the giant red box above your post there's a link to an Install Guide and instructions to read the Install Guide, which should cover pretty much every possible iteration of any problem we've seen and have been able to resolve.
