[Marauder] Defensive Sovereign 6-piece bonus (+2 monstro) not working?

Hey. I dont know if this is a bug or if im doing something wrong?, but im not geting the +2 to monstro which i should get from the 6-piece bonus (i am rr82).

Same issue on Shaman. Try relog
Or turn sov off and relog.
Yesterday helped
