[Zealot] What determines if you queue healer or DPS

I was wondering what decides whether you queue as healer or dps on a zealot for ranked.

I want to try a more offensive build with armor reduction but I wouldn't want to tag as dps...

Is it based on tactics ?

You wont be queued as a dps if you queue up with the armour debuff tactic
