Fort rewards?

I wanna ask about rewards for win/lose forts...i though that always was 6 meds for win and 4 for lose (forget about bags since are like unicorns).

Last night i was in Shining Way, atacking (destro) and we were like 14xVs12x => we won and got only 4 meds...BTW i was in fort since beginning (and previous zone lock) and dont know why the reward was 4 and no 6...

Maybe it bugged out, yesterday while we were breaking Stonewatch to get to the 5star City at the end of the fort order got the loot rolls even though they lost.

Happened again this night...destro atacking => won fort and only 4 invader meds. in region chat everyone was complaining for 4 meds reward, so dont think that was a contribution issue since no one got 6 meds...

It happen the same on order side. Saturday morning (EU time) order took Chaos Waste and won the Fort. Got 4 medals for win.
