Graphics get distorted

Hey everyone! Quick question, While i am playing usually i Alt/Tab a lot, this is to join some discord calls, change music that i listen or various things. After alttabing back to the game the graphics of the surroundings become like pacman's or even worse. This started happening like 3-4 days ago while for almost a month now wasn't, the only way to restore them to the way they were is to exit game and relog . Any idea why is this happening, and how can i make it the way it was?

Try running the game in borderless fullscreen
