Error: System Net Sockets Socket Exception

Hi guys
Since the new update/patch 13.05.2020 was available for download i could not enter/connect to the game.
Everytime i activate the rorupdater/rorlauncher the download starts and finalizes (takes about 20+ min) and this message appears:

Disconnected from server. Error: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.EndReceive(IAsyncResult asyncResult)
at RoRLauncher.Client.WJgHAHOXbTVlRg1ZXg0(Object , Object )
at RoRLauncher.Client.bYDbcTYFp9(Object )

Things i tried:
-pc restart
- rorupdater>settings>repair
- changing from 64bit to 32bit client and vice versa
- moving the game directory folder to a new location
- uninstaling and reinstaling the game from scratch following the installation guide
p.s. antivirus program /windows defender disabled/turned off always
and running rorupdater/rorlauncher as administrator

Not quite sure what happened to technical support, nobody gets the help, not even an answer. I had recently a problem and nobody answered. But 400 views. What happened to support???
