Enemy Ability Ids

I am trying to find an ability IDS (ability indentification number) but the standard command doesn't show the Ids for one particular ability - Tzeench's Shielding. Is there any folder with the full list of Idses or perhaps some other method of checking them?

Ability Ids for example: 8320, 13018, 20181 is for Seeping Wound. The command is:
/script Enemy.GetAbilityIds("Seeping Wound")
