@Toffikx I would like to collect here every usefull experience and knowledge. I cannot even ask a specific question coz I don't have the knowledge for it.
For example your post was perfect I didn't know the champion challenge and about the zealeot is also perfect.
I would like to this topic a cool knowledge and experience database and a teaser. If you or other have time to write about add-ons about his class or win condition or the current meta or anything what I cannot even ask coz I never think about it yet it's absolute. Welcomed I would like to be this topic if a new player come here he should get a brainstorm and he find out this is the true endgame.
Well, on the RoR wiki there's a section listing some good addons :
https://wiki.returnofreckoning.com/index.php/Addons.
The most important addons for your type of gameplay are SwiftAssist, Enemy, Buffhead and perhaps Aura too.
With Enemy you can configurate a lot, like the scale of group frames, guard icons, healing over time abilties and more.
Here's a video on how to configurate hots (zealot) for example :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fp6HdV-V2TY&t=62s.
Or general for all classes here :
http://returnofreckoning.com/forum/view ... ts#p265833.
SwiftAssist is not an addon in itself, it just creates 2 macros for you. One to "lock down" assisting on selected friendly target, the other one to track their current hostile target.
Buffhead let's you track the abilties that can be used in the game. Now there is a lot you want to track that's not shown in the default addon, there are also some thing you may want to disable too. Best way is to spend some time checking the addon and understand how it is working. Regarding things you may want to track ; Guard, challenges, taunts, detaunts, certain abilties and morales. This thread has a lot of things you may want to track :
http://returnofreckoning.com/forum/view ... fhead+list.
Aura can be useful too, for example if you want to have more visible/custom icons of things like detaunts or immunities. You can also use it for buffs and condition based abilties (used after parry/disrupt/dodge).
How to add immunities to Aura :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OEOVkBLVKCI (0:48).
How to add detaunts to Aura :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C-Ua9UUv-4I&t=1s.
You can find the detaunts individually here :
https://builder.returnofreckoning.com/. They feature on all archetypes except tank ones and work the same way in the sense that they reduce damage by 50% with a 15 sec duration and 15 sec cooldown.
Or you can use the Buffhead link that was posted above, it has all the name of the detaunts ( but doesn't show graphical icons).
Also the thing with Aura is that it wipes your settings from time to time. So once your created your Aura setup, you have to go to your War folder then users -> settings -> GLOBAL -> AuraSettings and make a backup file of "SavedVariables.lua". When Aura resets you simply copy the backup file in the "new/empty one". So you don't have to waste time on making things from scratch again and again.
