Dps shaman isn't bad in 6v6

Good geared = huge damage

2 detaunts, run away(30% speed tactic), kites, debuffs, heal debuff, silence. I would say its top tier at destro Rdpsers.

try make ranked as sorcerer. most of time you will meet WL/slayer wombo combo they basically sit on you 100%uptime and even with armor and guard you implode cuz no aoe detaunt and no reliable cc apart a pathetic 3 seconds root. =/

How will you meet a WL/slayer combo if you're in on a sorc? If you're in on a sorc, their team has a rdps too

Well If You consider Yourself as unexperienced player, You wrote much things, mamy experienced players should know.

Why do You consider SnB tanks are not good? You mean archetype or players playing them? 2H tank guarding someone will melt in seconds.

I would add that best Morales im ranked for SnB tanks are:
1. Damaging one
2. Distracting Bellow
3. Raze
4. Any will do.

For tanks taunting is not that important but Challanging enemy players is in order to lower DPS output.

SnB is redundant in 6v6 because you don't need that much defence AND you need to be able to assist with damage AND some tanks have non-conditional on-demand knockdown tied to 2h

But if you are playing SnB you definitely should take tne Champion Challenge and let the 2h tanks take Demo Strike, since getting immobilized for 10s is more dangerous to them than to you, probably

If you have root on your hotbar while playing 6v6 you're doing it wrong
Root gives enemies immunities to punt, preventing tanks from saving your ass, and the root will be removed by root removal ability or random damage tick anyway

Also if you let enemies have melee contact with you as a rdps you're doing it wrong. I know its a pain in the ass vs WL with his pet pull, but its not an excuse - try to cut line of sight or stay out of range (65ft) or silence him to prevent pull if it gets really bad. The pet should be killed all the time anyway
If the WL pounces at you that means he's out of guard range and its time to blast his ass back to Chrace

they plain ignore party and run toward you no need to pounce. They know ranged in sc are easy kill and without even root you simply implode. Play it yourself is easy to write "LOS OMG NOOB" in forum, i wait your stream as ranged dps (sorc/bw) in ranked to see if your theorycraft works

But matchmaking fix that isnt it. When u have rdps, enemy have one too so it is relatively balanced. Some of these rdps groups duels are pretty good experience

even if you have a spell that does 300k damage after 6 mins only, you still rock the dps chart because u dealt 300k damage in a sec brah. lets say we divide 300k / 360 = 833 dps, but i'm going out of context here since there isn't such spell in ROR.

shaman dps = sustainable damage from dots + brain busta bunch of waaagh burst with tactic = amazing damage. whether you are being super focused in a ranked match, you still deal damage, if you have space your damage is doubled simple.
