Downloading stuck

I was playing earlier today and everything was ok, now as I try to relog the launcher starts downloading (?) and it gets stuck after a while... It is now stuck at 39% for about 6mins any ideas?

After I deleted contents in cache file the downloding completed but when it got at 100% it gave me error......
