Cannot load Server

Hello i login correctly and server is online like the forum and launcher show green light but
I m stucking on this screen : https://imgur.com/a/om2gKHj not button for check my character and login.

The login server looks to be down. Please don't open new threads when there's already 2/3 popular, and growing threads, with this exact same query.

The login server should be back up.
