addon to remove top screen default EA error frame?

No addon required, go to U -> Interface -> Layout Editor -> Windows and turn off what's not needed.

If they mean big screen text that displays "error" messages like when you get disarmed or interruptd that takes like half of your screen then it can't be hidden via layout manager.

There might be a chat command to hide it though.

I refeer to the one that says for example "you need 20 Ap to cast this spell" etc
