AFKing in forts?

There have been plenty of AFKers off the get-go in forts recently on Destro side. I assume they might be over rr 70 and just want to grind the invader without the work. Just wondering is there some kind of mechanic such as movement detection or non contribution in place that is supposed to kick these players to make room for others? Tnx!

There is an anti-AFK detection, yes. However if someone is purposely throwing and bypassing the AFK feature you can report these players to GM's.

Also be sure the WB leader boots them.

Interesting that the best mechanic to acquire invader is to afk inside of fortresses. Maybe they should change that? Seems to be the only tier that has a problem.

Well, with what, 400 attackers in a fort, and 6 gold bags available, some people might take the easy way of the guaranteed 4 crests instead of trying to get one of 6 bags with a piece. I think forts need to dynamically change the number of gold bags available based on attacker population. Something like 6 per 100 attackers or so. To maintain a consistent chance of getting gear independent of how many people are in the zone.
