Shadow warrior stance scout

Shadow warrior in scout stance should be improved. It's not a AOE dps in that stance the only AOE it has is: Flame arrow, he wont do damage as a BW could do in the first path. His range of arrows is not so long to kill anyone, and it has no knock down in this path. So this path it's an hybrid. No AOE, no direct damage, no DOT damaged. So What he should do?
My advice is to increase the damage that Flame arrow does. It's the main dot of this stance. It should increase especially on the damaged it do on the target it. You can maybe work on the relative tactic: smoldering arrow.
Otherwise we can work on acid arrow debuff and damaged.
Otherwise we can work on feel the weak. this is the main level tactic of every path but it does 1180 damaged when eagle eye does 859. In case eagle eye cast time could be reduced from 2 second to 1,5 sec (this could work if you take on the same time the tactic of that path with festering arrow). That's my idea. I hope you try something because a shadow warrior is almost useless and make in this path too low damages if you compare him with a Squig herder.
