So this is ultimately what I am going with (feel free to comment):

This will be what I focus on starting up. I will rotate some renown tactics depending on situation and get in the toughness, barrier, etc as needed. But I like the extra dmg from the Sun Shield when I'm hit.

This I will test late late game and see how I like.

For RR: I will focus pure Strength at the start and around 31 i'll respec to Parry, Dodge/Disrupt, Futile Strikes based on the comment I got earlier in the post. Thanks everyone! I know most of this is out there but I am fairly new and still trying to learn the lingo and what not.

I liked the "late game" build. sucks it takes so much rr to get all 3 trees. long-term goals
