Need some Little WL guide

Hey all!

I started playing like a few days ago with this game and i choosed White Lion. I want ask about a good build both solo and group pve i am atm lvl 20.
I read that WL was nerfed is that true? and if yes it is still good?
Can you give a good rotation on low lvl? and which gear should i focus on till lvl 40 and after lvl 40?
I looked after a depth WL guide but nothing good found so if a expert WL read this pls write down the most important things in few words! Thank you!
