[WL] What is the AoE build for city/wb?

I`m a new player and i`m looking for the build WLs use for warbands and city. Can someone help me out?

You can also pick up Primal Fury and go 13-5-5. Bloodlord with sent helm + ring will be bis before you get sov. You want bloodlord axe too and subj axe. Short of that Vanq will be okay with subj weapon.
