Hcaptcha on site, Red Web Server, Yellow Login Server issue

Edited my post, and spoilered away my first tries to figure out the issue.
Changing title to reflect what I believe the issue is/was, and possible solutions are.

The issue Red Web Server in Launcher, Yellow Login Server:
The check to see if you might have the same issue as me: You are constantly asked for hcaptcha every time you try to access the return of reckoning website. If yes, read on, if not, should be a different issue.

Issue: Your ip has probably been used for spam/ddos attacks, triggering hcaptcha constantly on many pages around the world.
Possible Solutions:If you are on dynamic ip(and unless you are paying for a static ip chances are good that you are)
Check your ip address, write it down.
Disconnect your modem for 1-4 hours, plug it back in, check to see if web server on launcher is now green, and if you no longer get hcaptcha on the site.

Possible Issues:
1.Your ip has not changed, and you still get hcaptcha, try leaving the modem off overnight as you sleep.
2.It works, but then the problem reappears after a short while. If it reappears, chances are good that one of your devices might be the cause. You then will need to check for viruses, malware, and infected devices on your network.
3.You have dedicated ip, in which case, you will probably need to do step 2, as you are the probable cause. Then you will need to wait up to about a week for your ip to be whitelisted again once the malware issue has been solved.

Workaround: If need to play before the ip is fixed: Use a vpn that masks your ip, you only need to use it as you start the launcher, the game itself will work if you disconnect the vpn after starting launcher, but before clicking connect.

Theorized idea of what is happening:
As the web server first uses port 80 from what I have read, it is probably triggering a hidden hcaptcha on connection attempt. This is unexpected behavior for the launcher, why the logs also show no error messages even after 10+ minutes. And why the other ports work fine once you are passed the web server issue.

Hope this can be of help to anyone that runs into the same issue I did.

Spoiler:
am using a Asus RT-AC87U router, and been using it with no issues in game for as long as I've had it.
Connecting from Norway
Suddenly all day today I get red marker on web server, yellow on login server. Usually green/green.
I disabled firewall, tried the various netsh commands, reboot of computer, router and modem, to no effect.

Tried a vpn, openvpn was not enough, but setting my vpn to the L2TP protocol let the launcher connect.
I could then turn off the vpn and launch the game. So the game itself works, only the launcher is blocked.

I then tried directly connecting to the modem, and got green green instantly, even without the vpn.
I checked all routing rules on the router, the logs for the rorlauncher, even tried running as DMZ.
I ran the computer in safe mode with networking, to make sure it is not a firewall issue, but did not help.

The RORLauncher logs show nothing informative, even after 10+ minutes there is no error messages, just this:
[20/03/27 19:01:54] S Launcher : Launcher Started
[20/03/27 19:01:54] I Launcher : Running from [E:\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning]

I also tested from my gf's laptop, and her launcher was also unable to connect. (Red/yellow)

So decently certain it is a router issue, but that is also where I am stumped, as the router has not been changed or rebooted since last I had been online, and I have checked all the settings, and for all intents and purposes there should be nothing wrong. But the Asus RT-AC87U routers have some fancy functions built into them, including website blocking from Asus that should not be enabled, but not all functions of this router are transparent.

So I have a question or two, what ports do the launcher use? And if anyone else is using the same series router or similar that have run into the same issue?
I was thinking it could have been an ISP issue, but then bypassing the router should not have worked.
