Need help with buffhead

Hey I'm using buffhead and playing a BO and every time I use Da' Biggest I get about 4-10 debuffs/buffs on my screen is there a good way to clean this up preferably I'd only need the buffs as I obviously wouldn't have the buffs without the debuffs being applied XD
I've had a look in the settings myself but couldn't find much kinda goes over my head a lil so any help would be appreciated.

Type /buffhead
Click on Trackers (which will take you to Tracker Settings)
Select the tracker for SELF
Click on Manage underneath ALWAYS IGNORE
Type in the following numbers only
3232 Brute's Theft of Strength
3233 Brute's Theft of Intelligence
3234 Brute's Theft of Willpower
3235 Brute's Theft of Toughness
3236 Brute's Theft of Initiative
3237 Brute's Theft of Weapon Skill
3238 Brute's Theft of Ballistic Skill

This will make it so it won't show your war bellow buffs from Da Biggest.

Select the tracker for Enemy (or Hostile).
Then click on Manage underneath ALWAYS SHOW
Type in the following numbers only
3236 Brute's Theft of Initiative

This will make it so it will show when an enemy is effected by your initiative debuff which is your more important stat steal.
