Server Login Problem

I have a problem with connection, it doesnt even happening in game. Launcher work fine. I played few days and everthing was perfect. Played after recent update and game was running fine. I got this problem today morning and i try every solution that i can find in forum, but nothing work for me.

my problem was solved without any moves from my side. Login just opened before recent server restart. Still dont know what was the problem.
