Hey y'all. First time trying to play, i keep getting this error after the game launches and tries to handshake the server. Im gonna guess its the 20 characters in my username

edit 2: I re-downloaded, added all possible executable to my firewall exceptions, tried both 32 bit and 64 bit clients, changed my password on the forum (since I cant change it elsewhere)

I created another account, and i can login and everything works fine. My initial hunch was correct. Is there some mismatch between number of characters in an account name on the forum vs game? Should I submit a bug report?

It's unlikely to get fixed. Releasing new versions of the launcher gets expensive.
