cannot load game fter download

I have downloaded the game and Directx and try and connect and I get the following error message

War.exe - System error

The code execution cannot proceed because d3dx9_34.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.


Im hoping I don't have to re-download the game. Does anyone know of a solution?
