Authentication Failed - Application Will Now Terminate

I have excluded my RoR folder, and my RoR.exe.

I have tried turning off my firewall. I have also allowed the launcher to go through my firewall as well.

I played the game earlier today, and it worked instantly as soon as i whitelisted it.
I stop playing for a couple of hours and all of the sudden, here I am restarted my game over and over trying to get the server connection and my characters to pull up.
What seems to be the issue, and is there any possible fix coming to this as I see it is a VERY common issue. I'd hate for this to be the reason I stop playing.

Hi i just got this same error but my fix was to go into the folder and deleted patchui_win.dll while the launcher is closed and then try again. play let me know if this helps

This did not work for me personally, no. Thank for for the tip though, hopefully itll work for others.

I am having the exact same issue as you. Two fairly popular "fixes" I keep seeing is using a VPN (which I have not tried) and connecting and opening the game, seeing the black box where the enter game button SHOULD be, closing the launcher, and repeating 30-60 times.
