Just respecialized but still showing other tree career tactics

Hello, i just respeced and it is still showing my career tactics from another skill tree in which i dont have any points in it anymore but not showing the career tactic from the new tree i specced into. I am a newer player so not sure if this is a bug or if i did something wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I turned level 11 last night and put a point into one of my trees. Then today when I hit 12 I went to put another point in and found the first point I used was gone.

EDIT: Nevermind, I guess you don't get a point every level
