logged into 2 characters atthe same time, can't get to the other one

I was in city and we had just finished, won a gold bag, walked around looking for the chest and couldnt' find it so then something happened, I couldn't quit talk recall nothing. I crashed out the game and tried to log back on but I get a black screen after it says searching for allies...

I can log into other characters and even send my other toon tells and it receives them. I am on 2 characters at one time in my guild. Can someone log my we out please so I can play it and get my gold bag?

Same my Character (Somecallmetim) is also stuck in city, couldn't book out or use portal so i killed internet connection to get back to character screen. Now i can log any of my alts except the one that is stuck in city. When i try to log it dissconnects and goes through the process of logging.
