hey,

take a look at this file (Warhammer Online/user/UserSettings.xml) and check your window_frame and fullscreen settings.
If it's like on the picture, your screen doesn't switch to full screen.
solution (maybe): window_frame="false" fullscreen="true" perhaps you have to fit the FullScreen width and height
