These are some new pics of the UI working perfectly on res 1366x768. I made 1 minor change and used Warhammer profile in the damage etc indicators, because I am much more used to it than the previous one.

I have done new group frames, this time they are based on enemy:

They are also way more useful in combat, then the globes (tested different ones in the meantime).
When i'm done with testing this, i will upload it. I can't create/test warband frames though, as the preview function is not working for this yet.
I will update everything again when warbands work.

Selected groupmember has a highlighted frame
HP-bar colors: tank=blue, dd=red, healer=green
For selected target out of LoS/Groupmember not in range the bar has 50% transparency (icons are transparent too now, i forgot that...)
The yellow orb is showing the action points, the other indicators (morale, range etc.) are like standard "enemy"

Edit: i'm going to make different warband frames in the future, but atm i can't preview any changes on warbands.

How to fix the Warboard wso it has 2 lines instead of 3 and messing with the target orbs?

In the upper right corner there is a "hidden" button for the warboard options. You can alter the space between the warboard addons there.

Well...I found no such a button. Plus on the left of the mechanic orb I see the target's debuffs. Not mine. This applies to all my toons.

The button is transparent, but is activated once you mouseover it:
