W/E ganking in PVE

Most new or returning people that are lvl 16 and just trying to have fun get slaughtered cause they don't know they are flagged. It's fine, I am not complaining. I just wanted a clear answer before I go farming for myself.

RvR flagged = bolstered.
don't underestimate 16lvl bolster.
16lvl blue purple gears are bolstered better than fresh 40, i think.

But not as long as you are in pve, you loose your bolster a few seconds after leaving rvr-zones. Otherwise pve would be way to easy to farm.

hmm you're right. i forgot about pve area, despite battle against pve kiter grp recently.
maybe bolster stays in pve but block xp gains?

There is a hill outside of dragonwake warcamp that we all use to get into the lakes. It is a pve route , a W/E sits there and ganks lowbies without bolster. This is ok?
