Interface issue: Whole lot of nothing

It seems two of my toons developed an issue when travelling from IC to Nordland.
Their UIs are showing up, but there's a black void where the game world should be.
I've logged out, shut the client down, and rebooted my machine, and the issue persists.
Any ideas?

Use your book or type /stuck.

Zone 0 is a regular occurrence. Players need to use book of binding, or type /stuck, to get out.
