d3dx9_34.dll Missing

So I have tried to install RoR on a brand new Windows 10 laptop and I get d3dx9_34.dll missing error. I tried downloading DX 9 but my version of windows will not let me.
80 BG, SM
80 Choppa/slyer
75+ bw/sorc
80 wh, we, WL
60 sham/am

Hello guys, i have same issue on my new pc with Window 10... i downloaded directx 9 from the link on this thread but still not working... again same error "error system: d3dx9_34.dll not found!!

Any other ideas or tips?

ive installed Directx_Jun2010 in WINDOW\System32
