Authentication failed appilication wil now terminate

Hello i already do two factor authentication and i got code to entering game.
But when i start the connect game was open and then getting critical error Authentication failed.how can i fix this?

First thing to check is if the game has not been falsely flagged by your virus protection, if it has add the game directory to exceptions of the virus program
