Same here. First clear Cache folder. Start game. After character selection do /stuck twice at the loading screen. Worked for me.

And btw, after restart my Afterburner overlay works again. Good job

Same problem here. Initially the Web Server is green, and Login Server is yellow for about 8 seconds before turning red and I get the An Error Occured pop-up.

Login server down again prior to crashing i did notice people had vanished even the oil drum on the keep was invisible though i could shoot with my sw and it was taking mighty wierd.
