Scenario quest

I would suggest to let ppl give in scenario quest in the scenario itself. To come back to Altdorf/IC every time is quite annoying. Since now it's impossible to leech on flag I can't see drawback in this change

this has been discussed many times before, search the forum and you shall find the answer to why it was moved from SCs in the first place.

You can complete sc quest multiple times and give in all evening worth of them upon returning to the city.. Just sayin'

Sadly it doesn't work like this.
Standing in city and meeting random ppl near sc quest npc to form groups, how it is intended, doesn't work either.
Dying is no option.
