Serpent's Passage Destruction Spawn Ship

Its incredibly infuriating to get off, and if you get stuck under the stairs there is no way to leave it, .u doesnt work /stuck doesnt work please fix it

I experienced those stairs yesterday as well. For the time being, leave ship on front side and then turn back to get to the quest npc.
Dying is no option.

All you need to do is to go slightly back - you will find unblocked entrance there.
