PopUpWindow Error: Login Server?

As previously written in a another thread i had issues with the "Authentication Failed - Application will now terminate" error. But after a fresh install, launcher download + audio/stutter fix addon i get this Error Note in the Launcher:

Error: System.IO.EndOfStreamException: Unable to read beyond the Stream.

Edit: The Error code has now changed to : System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'E:/Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning/art.myp' because it is being used by another user at System.IO....

(Let me know if it would help if i post the complete Error Note, it do not have the clipboard JS installed atm)

Anyone know what it could be and possibly a fix? Read in an old thread somwhere that i could be something to do with the Login Server?

The screen shot would help but at a guess the following three things come to mind
A) turn off torrent , could still be running and locking the application
B) check virus protection did not take offense to the app
C) restart pc, maybe there is a zombie thread with a lock on the filr

Thank you for the quick reply. Sadly none of your suggestion fixed it. My Torrent is completely shut off, i have checked and even uninstalled my antivirus software, and restarted the pc. No clue what could be causing this and do not know any particular software or application that could deny the authorization.

Right click the launcher and select to run as administrator has helped me in the past. Hope it helps you as well

Thanks for the tip, but i've already tried with no success. A shame really, wished to try the game out again since this was my first ever mmorpg.

Guess the best way forward would be to identify the process that has the file locked.
The following page gives an instruction on how to find a process that is locking the file. Could give a clue as to the cause.
