Black screen on character selection

when i login on character selection i get this black screen on character selection , i press play and i game close after a while

Try closing the launcher and relaunching, run as 64 bit

I have the same issue, reinstalled the game after playing on and off last year. And now it doesn't work anymore. My computer (and software on the computer) didn't change
