What reasons result of this?

Crypt have 3 boss of the talisman quest Crpyt & Tunnel

2ppl in the grp have lockout

And the first boss after kill I cant get boss count other 2 boss I got it

What is the reason for this???

This thing always happen for 1 boss no count and make me need do once more. Is that something need to care or it is a bug?

Try looking for the issue in the bugtracker and if it's not there put it there.

bugtracker doesnt help not a bug?
and i dont have bugtracker id
it need email or sth to open the id very complicated
