im not proposing something like that, i suggest under level 10 u CANNOT queue scenarios at all.

Except scenarios are one of the only ways to level on this server at the moment, that would be fine if you didn't want any new players around. Ever.

Well it would already help if the 'Bolster' Buff would also increase the DPS and Armor one has and not simply the HP..

Was the Bolster-Buff always like that or only in the current Alpha-Phase of RoR? Can't seem to remember...
Btw: Dear Devs, maybe I'm imagening this thing too narrow-mindedly, but wouldn't it be possible to solve this entire issue by implementing a simple for-/while-loop that fills up the SC to a given maximum? I'm just a humble Bussiness-Informatics student and not a gifted game-developer so please excuse the humble question ;)

Bolster buff worked like this:

I'll show you an example of how Bolster buff worked.
We have a lvl 5 char, that gets bolstered to lvl 10.
One time the Char is wearing full mediocre green stuff. Now this dude is treated like a lvl 10 player with about also green gear for lvl 10. If this same lvl 5 char now has maxed out epics equipped, he will get pimped to a badass fcker with maxed out stats for lvl 10. You only get the Stats buffed that you have on your gear. So if you have stuff with for example crit on it, you also get that crit bolstered! And depending on the amount of stats on your gear (the rarer, the higher obviously), the more you get bolsteed.

This is correct.
e.g. 30% resistance on the real level = 30% resistance on the bolstered level

not just that, we need to have a better system, one that do not start until each party have at least 1 healer and 1 tank x party. Premade not included onto this count
