Today got this problem. I saw some russian ppl online but I don't know how they log in. Many ppl in russian social network said that they can't play and can't visit web site.

I have no problems playing the game. Site started working a bit worse today, but i still can access it.
Two friends of mine have no problems either, but third one has troubles connecting ("connect" button refuses to work) to the server from time to time (not just today, several weeks or so).
