chosen invader 6-pieces proc

the heal/ap regain on block does it have in ICD? if yes how much? i heard it was 20 sec but was possibly lowered to 10

And to speak of, chosen invader 7-pieces proc- how much dmg does it does, and does it has any icd?

used to be 20s but supposed to be 10s now, dunno if its live yet doe
