hello I tried joining warhammer online and I downloaded everything as you said but when I tried opening the launcher and pressed connect it gives me this error message what should I do ? Pls help me. I m alsop using windows 8.1.

how can I excactly remove write protect. if you can tell me I would rly appreciate it.

Right click on your Warhammer Online folder, go to Properties. Then I think it is the 'Compatibility' tab you need, at least onWin7, where you'll find an option to deselect that folder as Read Only.
